Courtney’s our Senior Property Manager who works closely alongside our Landlords and Tenants to provide a service which is rather unheard of in the Property Management industry.
Courtney takes a very consultative approach in providing the greatest service for all properties she manages, current listing of 18 Glossop Street is a prime example.
The Landlords bought the property over to Villager from another agency whilst it was still tenanted. On Courtney’s first inspection, she could see this little charmer had an abundance of potential. She did, however, note a few areas that were starting to deteriorate, which is to be expected with a house of its age.
“Whilst I know no one likes spending when things aren’t broken the owners understood the value of freshening up the interior. There would indeed be a financial return but the biggest value comes from helping obtain a tenant who would easily fall in love with the property and call it their own.”
Once the opportunity arose, Courtney set about organising all the trades. She met them on site to gather quotes for painting, flooring and carpet installers.
“We have a great relationship with our trades, which assist us in ensuring a quick turnaround, not only of quoting but in the commencement of work. Our painter, Andrew from ASC Painting, rescheduled his workload to accommodate us. Thanks Andrew!”

From meeting the trades to quote, through to having the property up and ready for inspection, took 4 weeks.
